Hello All...
I know I have been MIA for a little while now so let me give a quick update.
1. I am still a crochet maniac.
Once a mastered that Newsboy Cap pattern, I was on a roll. I have sold about 20 hats (I still owe a few to some people).
I started a poncho for me. Yes, that is right, something for me. The problem is everytime I look at the yarn I chose, I think of fall, which would be fine if it wasn't winter... I figure I will complete it and save it to next fall. Do you think poncho will go out of style by then??? I sure hope not.
I also purchased some yarn to make a forest green sweater for myself. I chose the side to side cowl neck sweater pattern from Lion Brand. I've had it for awhile just haven't started it.
2. The craft room...
Well, the craft room never happened. It became a very organized storage space. I guess that is not so bad, but what about my craft space!!! I guess I will have to resort to the couch and bed to work on my projects. But, at least my yarn, candy making, and baking supplies have a home now, that doesn't clutter up my apartment.
3. HIM
I am sure you all remember HIM. Well, I am not exactly sure what is going on between us. We both know that we want to be together (we've talked about marriage) but he is not where he needs to be in his life. I totally respect a man who can admit to this. He wants the whole package and he knows that in order to do that he needs to have his stuff together. God I LOVE this man. So, keep us in your prayers. Who knows maybe this time next year we'll be talking about crocheting some wedding things (maybe the favors)...
Write later...

Welcome Back. Glad to hear the newsboy caps got you on a roll. When I'm commuting to work I see people wearing poncho's over their coats and think it will still be a fashion statement next year. Although the craftroom didn't happen at least you have a place for all your craft paraphernalia...lol. Will keep you in my prayers.. and looking forward to making crochet favors..lol
Looks like you been quite busy can't wait to see how that poncho turns out. And best of luck with HIM:) hope all works out for the best for both of you.:)
